There’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to health and wellness. That sounds obvious, but it took me years to fully embrace it. We can become bombarded by images of glowing people doing complicated yoga poses, drinking fresh smoothies every morning, and meditating on mountaintops. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that that is what it takes to be well, resulting in a path of self-shame and self-deprivation.

I don’t believe there’s one path to wellness, but I do believe that everyone can be well and live truly fulfilling, truly balanced, truly harmonious lives – the key is finding out what makes you sing!
